2. Accommodation fee will be charged separately and to be paid during their check in. Participants are requested to contact the respective representative mentioned below.

3. It is mandatory to fill out the form, as the details provided will help us arrange your accommodation. Following this, we will share Google Form Part 2 for the fee payment. Please note that completing the fee payment is essential to confirm your booking for on-campus accommodation.
